I grew up in Massachusetts (Go Red Sox!) and spent 35 years working in software engineering. After college, Jana and I met at work and we married in 1992. We later moved to Boston and spent about 8 years there. We felt called to leave and once we visited North Carolina, we knew this was where we were supposed to be. We moved to Cary and found Lifepointe, which has been absolutely transformational for us both.
Serving others has always been important to me, especially in the area of hunger relief. I volunteered at food banks, kitchens and shelters in Boston, and now at the Dorcas food pantry. It brings me such joy.
I enjoy walks with Jana, coffee, good food, board games and biking (I am learning to ride a unicycle!).
I am so excited to serve as the Cary Outreach Lead.
